Are you ready to change an entire industry? Then you've come to the right place! Together we want to revolutionise the construction industry. For this purpose, we are looking for you as an IT Service Desk Specialist (m/f/d) for our internal employees in full or part time in Cologne or remotely throughout North Rhine-Westphalia.
Your mission
- You are responsible for receiving, qualifying and answering questions about our software and hardware stack of the entire start-up. This includes our MacBooks, Windows computers, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Discord, GitHub, Miro and much more.
- You are the first point of contact for our colleagues from Germany and also internationally from Poland, the Czech Republic and Austria, as well as other countries in the future.
- You will document the solutions you find and share them with the IT team.
- Together with the rest of the IT team, you will be involved in further IT projects to expand and professionalise our growing IT landscape. You will benefit from short decision-making processes and have the opportunity to implement projects independently.
Your profile
- Basically, you describe yourself as a technology fan and soak up all knowledge on technical topics. You like to try things out, just like we do, and proceed according to the principle of trial and error.
- You are familiar with Windows, MacOS and iOS at user level and can quickly find your way around software and hardware topics.
- Google is your friend and you know how to use the search engine effectively.
- You are a team player, love to help and have excellent communication skills.
- You speak German and English fluently.
- You enjoy flexibility in how you organize your work. We only ask that you spend at least one day per week in the office
