You will manage strategic and operational digitalization projects - from the initiation, planning, coordination and management of all resources through to successful implementation.

You will be interdisciplinary, work across teams and use your expertise to provide valuable input for all relevant stakeholders.

You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and evaluation of project progress, including the creation of time and resource plans.

In your role, you will support conceptual topics and actively take on operational tasks, including obtaining and processing business information, conducting research, creating and analyzing evaluations and defining and implementing packages of measures.

As an all-round talent within the company, you have an interface function and act as an internal and external point of contact for various areas.

You have a degree, for example in economics or engineering, or a comparable qualification. 

You have several years of professional experience (in companies in the construction industry or a comparable sector would be advantageous) in project support and management.

You are very familiar with agile and classic project management methods. 

You are known for your initiative and have the drive to tackle and change. Problem-solving skills, solution orientation and perseverance are just as much a part of your strengths as team spirit. You don't lose your head or sense of humor in stressful situations.

You have strong communication and presentation skills - in German and English.

You work in a structured and analytical manner, are quick on the uptake and quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility.
